I particularly appreciate how they mixed Argo and Vesta in episode 5 of DanMachi season 4. Argo is the name of a ship that carried the Argonauts and was created with the assistance of the gods in Greek and Roman mythology.
This implies that Argo vesta is the ship that transports the argonaut (Bell), and vesta is the roman name for Hestia, the goddess of the hearth and home.
So, Bell and Hestia Familia’s new onslaught with his knife, which the gods like the ship fashioned, would propel them to new heights in translation from Greek and Roman phrases.
The fight scene between Huge and Bell started blandly but took off towards the latter half. It was a bit anti-climactic, but the episode was still enjoyable overall.
Episode 6 Speculations
The next episode of DanMachi season 4 is titled “Rabbit’s Foot.” We know that rabbit is the alias of Bell. This may be an attempt to tell us that we will get to see more about Bell’s character development.
The alias also hints toward the occurrence of Denatus, which is a meeting of the Gods held once every three months. Many things are discussed, and aliases are given to the adventurers who have leveled up. This also makes sense as Bell has recently leveled up.
Episode 6 Release Date

Episode 5 Recap
The episode begins with a flashback where Aisha tells Haruhime to learn new magic from the Grimoire. She then uses her Kokonoe to boost the level of five different people, which makes it easier for them to face the swarm.
Meanwhile, Huge Moss collects the magic stones from the monsters being defeated. When Aisha sees this, she gets enraged that they again fell into its trap. It smirks and then swallows all the stones it collects.
It then transforms into an even deadlier form and comes at Aisha in full force. She gets bit and seriously injured but manages to escape. It is shown that even Aisha now has the parasite seed implanted within her.
Welf uses his Koga attack, but it doesn’t seem to affect the monster. It turns out the beast used Udine Cloth that it stole from the dead adventurers. An even bigger swarm of monsters starts approaching them, and the whole party gets overwhelmed. The injured ones also try and help.
Then enters Bell, more agile and vital than ever, after fighting the monsters on the lower floors. He clears the entire swarm in one clean sweep. He manages to land his Firebolt on Huge Moss. Bell starts to assault the monster continuously to the point where its mouth and arms get cut off.
It regenerated pretty quickly, surprising everyone. The monster was slower and weaker than any monster Bell had previously killed.
He takes out the blade given to him by Welf and uses Argo Vesta to finish off Huge Moss in one blow. The death of the monster results in everyone’s freedom from the parasite plant as speculated.
