In episode 5 of Dangers in My Heart season 2, titled “I Want to Know”, We see more of Ichikawa and Yamada’s cute moments together. One thing I must admit is that the episode was way cuter than the other episodes so far. The cute little details in this episode make it unique. With each passing episode of season 2 the couple is becoming more upfront with each other.

2. Episode 6 Speculation
Episode 5 brought Yamada and Ichikawa much, much closer than any other episode so far. The two of them even went on a “date” together, and from what we could see at her workplace, Yamada can be really expressive sometimes. Even though Ichikawa wanted to let go of her hand so that people didn’t get the wrong idea, she grabbed his hands tightly.
This was just an expression of her true feelings for Ichikawa. It shows that she isn’t bothered even if people do get the wrong idea. She also didn’t stand up to clear the misconception when Ichikawa’s sister called it a date. With each episode, the two of them are progressively more upfront with their feelings. In Episode 6, we will see many more cute moments between these two and see them hang out a bit.
3. Recap of Episode 5
Even after getting their super cute moments in episode 4, Yamada and Ichikawa acted like nothing had happened. Since Ichikawa’s arm is back to normal, he said that he would be walking home with Yamada again. Yamada got super excited hearing this, and on their way home, she gave Ichikawa a movie ticket.
It was obvious from her face that she wanted to go to the movie together, but Ichikawa wasn’t getting the hint. When Yamada was about to leave at the railway station, he hesitated for a moment but ultimately went for it. He asked Yamada if he could go with her to see the movie, and it goes without saying that Yamada agreed with a smile.
The two of them arrived a bit early, so they stopped at a shop to grab food. Ichikawa really didn’t want to meet someone he knew at that time, but well, the shop they stopped at was his sister’s workplace. She teased Ichikawa about him being on a date without any hesitation. Ichikawa got really embarrassed, but Yamada didn’t seem to deny it.
After Ichikawa’s sister brought their order to the table, she kept teasing him about Yamada, but Ichikawa handled that for the time being. Ichikawa kept looking out for her sister the entire time. Noticing this, Yamada invited him to watch her at her work on the weekend. Later, at the movies, Yamada told him that this movie was mainly for her to study acting.
The next weekend, Ichikawa headed out to see Yamada’s photoshoot with a bit of hesitation. He bought a gift for her on the way but when he reached there and finally saw her, he felt so inferior to all the other people he ran away instead of meeting her. Soon enough, Yamada found him since she watched him run away and chased after him.
They had a heart-to-heart talk, which helped Ichikawa realize what he really felt about Yamada. He then grabbed her hand and dragged her back to the photoshoot. After the photoshoot was over, the two returned home together. On the train, Yamada wanted to ask if she looked pretty but couldn’t do it. However, this time, Ichikawa said that without her asking, and this put a big smile on her face.
