Mashle: Magic and Muscles is based on Hajime Komoto’s enormously successful manga of the same name, which was serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump.
Its off-kilter magical tale has captured fans worldwide with its absurdist visual humor set against a backdrop of magic that is turned on its head by Mash’s muscles. The series is directed by Tomonari Tanaka and produced by A-1 Pictures .
On Tuesday, February 21, 2023, Crunchyroll announced that it would stream the television anime adaptation of the Mashle: Magic and Muscles manga series.
The Mashle anime adaptation was earlier rumored to be a full adaptation, which means that the first season will cover all source material. This also means that Komoto’s original manga, which is still in progress, will be finished before the first season concludes.
Crunchyroll’s statement on Tuesday about broadcasting the Mashle anime series was accompanied by a new trailer for the upcoming adaptation, complete with English subtitles. The trailer was released to Crunchyroll’s official YouTube page, confirming it as the series’ main broadcaster.
