Cool Shock Old B.T. was first published on October 19, 2021. It was initially a one-shot chapter published in Ultra Jump in November 2021. Still, its popularity incited a sequel chapter that will be released in the Winter 2023 issue of JOJO magazine on December 19, 2023, for Cool Shock B.T.’s 40th anniversary.
The manga takes place 60 years after the events of Cool Shock B.T. and stars an older B.T. and his friend, Koichi Mugikari.
