Path of Exile 2 is a free-action RPG where you return to the dark world of Wraeclast to stop the spread of corruption. After a long wait, the sequel to the original game is finally coming soon.

1. How to preload Path of Exile 2?
Players must download the standalone Path of Exile 2 PC client to preload the game. The download will be available starting December 5 (5 PM PST) or December 6 (1 AM GMT). The preload is already accessible on Xbox Series X|S. However, some updates are expected during the launch.
Meanwhile, those on PS5 must grab one of the Early Access Supporter Pack Packs, which will become available 24 hours before Early Access begins in that region. Purchasing a Pack will enable you to preload the game on PS5 when the time arrives.
2. How to join the Path of Exile 2 Early Access?
Players who buy an Early Access Supporter Pack with a key can join the early access of Path of Exile 2. The Early Access Supporter Pack ranges from $30 USD to $480 USD.
If you have purchased a top-tier supporter pack for $480 USD or more in the past, or if your total spending on Path of Exile on one platform reaches $480 USD or more, you will automatically gain access to Path of Exile 2. Additionally, you will receive an email and a private message on the website to notify you that your account now has access.
3. How to pre-order Path of Exile 2?
Path of Exile 2 is a free-to-play game, and there’s no option for pre-ordering.
However, to gain access to the early version of the game, you will need to buy an early access supporter pack. This is explained in more detail in the previous section.
4. About Path of Exile 2
Path of Exile 2 is an upcoming, next-generation action RPG from Grinding Gear Games, offering free-to-play gameplay and cooperative multiplayer for up to six players. Set years after the events of the original game, Path of Exile 2 returns players to the dark, foreboding world of Wraeclast, where they must confront and attempt to halt the spread of a corrupting influence that threatens to consume everything.
Path of Exile 2 is scheduled to launch in early access on December 6, 2024. The game will be available on multiple platforms, including PC, MacOS, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
