Players can get Copper Bars by crafting them from copper and bright cores using the Metal Smelter.

You can find both copper and bright cores in the lava caves located in the dry valley biome. These lava caves are large rocky structures similar to typical caves. Inside, you will discover plenty of copper and bright cores. They appear as large, orange, and bronze-colored rocks protruding from the walls and ceiling of the cave.

You can mine copper and bright cores with the Rare Pickaxe. To craft this axe, you need Flexwood Rods, which you can get from Cacti in the desert, and Sandclaws, which you can collect by defeating Wolves.

Notably, when entering the lava caves, players must protect themselves from the heat damage. Equipping a Cool-Headed Charm or drinking Snowberry Shakes can eliminate the heat.
