Princess Tillis was screaming the password of the Kingdom’s ancient rainmaking machine in the palace’s balcony when combat Agent Six arrived. She requested Six to escort Snow to the Toris Kingdom to cut back the water stone imports.
He met Russel and Heine there, and realized that the Toris Kingdom sold water stones to demons and made an alliance with them. He confronted Prince Engel about the same.
Later, during the feast, Agent Six unzipped his pants which triggered Prince Engel, and later sent a messenger to the grace Kingdom to announce war. At the end of the episode, Princess Tillis commanded Snow to grab the water fruits of the magical tree from the Tezan desert.

1. Episode 9 Preview & Speculation
I guess Russel is a Chimera just like Rose. I wonder what that tank was anyway. My assumption after she appeared was that it was to create mutants like her or an artifact used to create the water stones.
We finally understand why the demons and humans are at war, and it looks like the demons aren’t entirely the bad guys. Not that they’re awesome, neither are the humans. But at least their motivation makes sense.
Russel looks really similar to Rose. Maybe there’s something behind this connecting both of them?

Episode 9 of the Combatants Will Be Dispatched! (2021) anime, titled “Carnivorous Female Chimera”, has been released on Sunday, May 30, 2021.
Since this anime runs on a weekly schedule, new episode releases are seven days apart.

3. Episode 8 Recap
Back in Episode 1, Alice fixed the Kingdom’s ancient rainmaking machine. Six then set the new password for activating the machine as “dick festival.” To get the machine to work, someone of royal blood, i.e., the King or Princess, needs to stand in among the crowd and scream the password “dick festival” at the top of their lungs.
Princess Tillis practices screaming the password in the hallway when combat agent Six arrives. She realizes that Six doesn’t remember setting this password. She requests Six to escort Snow to the Toris Kingdom to cut back the water stone imports.
She says if he accepts her request, she will give him the information that Alice wants about the ruins in the Toris Kingdom as a reward.
Combat agent Six heads to Toris Kingdom along with Alice, Snow, Grimm, and Rose. They arrive in the Toris Kingdom as combatants from the Grace Kingdom. Meanwhile, the first prince of the Toris Kingdom, Engel, prepares a feast for their reception. Six and others join the feast as representatives of Grace Kingdom.
Rose creates a scene by calling Prince Engel a lecherous man. On the other hand, Snow also behaves abruptly. While Six and Alice explore the Toris Kingdom, a girl named Russel arrives and asks them not to touch the devices. She even calls them idiots.
On hearing his identity, she comments that she can’t believe Gadalkand lost to someone like them. When suddenly, Heine arrives; Six grabs and handcuffs her before she is able to make any move. Heine keeps saying that she is not his enemy today, but he is intended to make her his hostage.
Six confronts Prince Engel about selling water stones to demons and making an alliance with them. Prince Engel replies that it’s not an alliance but a non-aggression treaty.
Prince Engel reveals that once the King of Sand is gone, they won’t need to fight. Snow asks Prince Engel if he is going to side with the Grace Kingdom. He replies that diplomacy cannot be decided this way.
On seeing Prince Engel being pleased by Snow and Heine, Six recalls when he was told Astaroth was taking a bath, so he went to peek. Six tells Alice that he is going to do something stupid. He stands above Prince Engel and unzips his pants.
A messenger from the Toris Kingdom arrives in the Grace Kingdom and announces a war because of the impudence caused by the diplomats of the Grace Kingdom. Princess Tillis strips Snow’s position as the leader of royal knights. Moreover, she asks Snow to grab the water fruits of the magical tree from the Tezan desert, King of Sand’s territory.
4. About Combatants Will Be Dispatched!
Based on Natsume Akatsuki’s 2017 light novel series, Combatants Will Be Dispatched! tells the story of an evil organization and their quest to conquer a new planet as they embark on an interstellar adventure.
The novel’s popularity gave rise to the manga adaptation in 2018.
J.C. Staff is making the anime adaptation for the novel and it released in April of 2021 on Funimation anime streaming platform.
