CollarxMalice is a visual novel video game developed and published by Idea Factory under their Otomate brand. Since 2016, the series has gained much popularity due to its engaging story and thriller-mystery genre.
The story revolves around Ichika Hoshino; she is attacked, and a poisoned collar is placed around her neck one day when she is returning home after her duty. Following this, she becomes involved in the “X-Day Incident,” a string of murders done by a terrorist group called Adonis.
After a while, it was revealed that CollarxMalice would be a two-part film. A few teasers, key visuals, and staff and cast information also followed the announcements. However, the good news doesn’t just end there.
Gekijōban Collar×Malice Deep Cover, the two-part theatrical anime of the Collar x Malice game, has received two full trailers. The two films will open on May 26 and June 23, respectively.

Gekijoban Collar x Malice Deep Cover is a two-part anime film based on the otome visual novel game Collar x Malice by Otomate (a brand of Idea Factory). It features a side story happening on the other side of the X-Day Incident.
