Ok guys, the big news (or the big leak) is finally here! SPY×FAMILY, the cute and devious series that has been snatching the heart of manga readers, has finally revealed plans for an anime adaptation!
SPY×FAMILY is one of those mangas that everyone has been silently keeping an eye on. I mean, who doesn’t like spy stories? An anime adaptation will take it to the next level with a cute family who have a secret that they cannot afford to let loose.
Japanese model and flutist Cocomi’s latest interview has revealed plans for an anime adaptation of SPY×FAMILY! According to her comment, the anime is scheduled to debut in 2022!
I’m looking forward to “Spy×Family” which will be animated from popular comics next year!
The part regarding SPY×FAMILY has been deleted from FRaU magazine’s interview. Thus it will be wise to take this news with a grain of salt. Anime leaks are not rare, but we cannot trust these to be 100% true.
Cocomi voices Kikuko in the Gyoko no Nikuko-san anime film. Is it possible that she knows this exclusive information because she is taking part in the upcoming anime as a VA? Well, things are still being kept under covers and there is no sure way to tell before an official announcement.
Back in 2020, a tweet by an unofficial but reliable source had reported that the manga will be getting an anime, although it is still a while away. It seems like the prediction matches Cocomi’s accidental comment.
This is making fans even more hopeful about receiving the anime. SPY×FAMILY is a wonderful series, and we all know that it deserves an anime (and much more!).
After all, otakus need to know about the chaotic antics of the spy husband and his assassin wife, who are trying their best to raise an adopted child.
It is one of those series with which you can get involved with no regrets whatsoever! From the cutest family moments to the most badass action scenes, Tatsuya Endo knows the recipe to a hit series.
