Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is just a month away! Now that we are shifting to a new title, Modern Warfare 3 is wrapping up. It had a great run so it makes sense to go out with a bang. Sledgehammer Games recently announced an exciting event, with the promise of free battle passes.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Rewind is an in-game event which will take place during Season 6. It will feature enticing cosmetics and more. Players can dive into the battlefield once again to earn rewards.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Rewind Brief
Modern Warfare 3 Rewind will begin on October 9th and conclude a week later, on October 16th. Within these 7 days, gamers can collect rewards by completing various challenges. It is being described as “ a walk down memory lane” implying a return of previously featured items.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Rewind Rewards
Similar to other events in the game, players will have to fulfill set objectives to earn rewards. Usually, it involves scoring a certain number of kills using a specific weapon or a task in a game mode.
Here are some of the rewards you can expect:
- Battle Pass tokens
- Double XP tokens
- Calling cards
- Emblems
- Weapon charms
- Weapon camouflages
- Weapon blueprints
- Sprays
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Rewind is the final event for the game. There are no mentions if Warzone will also be featured in this event. However, given the history of the franchise, it is safe to assume that it will be restricted to multiplayer and zombies mode.

Modern Warfare 3 Season 6 is titled “BlackCell”. As The Haunting returns, it also brings with it horrifying content. Keeping in theme, Michael Myers, the legendary slasher, will be available as an Operator.
BlackCell introduces more than 100 rewards including new Operator skins, weapon blueprints, base weapons, and much more. Players can opt for the Premium Battle Pass to earn up to 1400 Points.
Purchasing the Battle Pass will immediately unlock Farah and Michael Myers. You can also access the Throat Rip Finishing Move to eliminate your enemies with a swift attack. Those who upgrade to BlackCell will also receive 1,100 COD Points.
One of the most awaited Operator Skin is that of the ghastly Alone. The terrifying cosmetic fuses three bodies into one with an animation dripping blood and a static pulse. The mutant look is enough to send the person in front of you running into a frenzy.
Completing 100% of the map by conquering all Sectors will grant you access to the final Completion Sector, 300 Points, the Split Ends Superi 46 SMG weapon blueprint and the Urzikstan’s Ghost Skin for Farah.
