The year of 2025 is going to see the return of Hell Teacher Nube in a brand-new anime! Originally created by Sho Makura and Takeshi Okano for Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in 1993, Hell Teacher Nube—also known by its original Japanese title, Jigoku Sensei Nube—went on to inspire a nearly 50-episode anime series, multiple OVAs, movies, and even a full sequel to the original manga in the years that followed. Additionally, as fans may have noticed recently, with the rise in the resurgence of old classic manga and anime with a completely new remake, this legendary Shonen Jump series is also preparing for a comeback.
