Fist of the North Star is set on Earth, which is a wasteland after the nuclear war. On the barren land, the strong prey on the weak. The only way to survive is through martial arts. 

Two schools Hokuto and Nanto, compete for dominance. Kenshiro is the successor of the Hokuto school. He travels around the post-apocalyptic world in search of his fiancée Yuria, who was kidnapped by his rival. He faces new people and adventures during his journey.
As the world you know slowly perishes before your eyes, the moral codes that humanity has lived on rot away into the perils of a post-apocalyptic zombie-infected world. This anime follows the life of Takashi Komura as he is faced with the “Outbreak”. 

The classmates he used to study with have now been reduced to crooked existences, and he, along with some of his friends and the school nurse, have to navigate this new forsaken reality and avoid being bitten by the zombies. 

But zombies aren’t the only enemies that they have to face. In a lawless world, the powerful and the evil try to extort the weak and ensure their survival.
Heavenly Delusion focuses on Maru and Kiruko, who travel around the post-apocalyptic world in search of the place they call “heaven”. While in the same world, an institution called “heaven” protects children from the disaster-struck world around them.[…]

Evangelion Singer Yoko Takahashi Cancels Concert Appearance Over Use of AI

Maybe there is still some hope left after all. The Ikebukuro Anime Philharmonic is an upcoming concert series where orchestral renditions of iconic anime themes, with pieces from anime such as Dragon Ball, One Piece, Oshi no Ko, Ranma 1/2, and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, are to be performed. The first performance is slated for July 10 at the Shibuya Sakura Hall in downtown Tokyo, and the plan was to start with a bang by including Yoko Takahashi, singer of Evangelion’s unforgettable opening theme, “A Cruel Angel’s Thesis.”
