Call of Duty Rumored to Be Adding Two Streamers to Warzone 2 & MW2

Popular streamers being added to huge battle royale games isn’t anything new. Many streamers have become playable characters in games that they’re famous for streaming. One example that instantly comes to mind is the addition of Ninja in Fortnite as a playable skin.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is one of the biggest games right now, so it makes sense that they want to jump on the bandwagon of adding streamers as official operators in their game too. Call of Duty streamers may not be as popular as Fortnite streamers, but it’s still a good way of showing them appreciation.

Insider Task Force Leaks Images has revealed a list of potential new operators for the new seasons of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2, and the list includes popular Call of Duty streamers TimTheTatMan and NICKMERCS, along with the recently announced Kevin Durant.

Both of the streamers listed above have made their mark in the Call of Duty community in one way or the other through streaming. TimTheTatMan was a professional Warzone player and NICKMERCS grew as a streamer by playing Call of Duty titles, so they have contributed to the community in some way.

Take this information with a pinch of salt as this is still a rumor but considering the fact that Kevin Durant was recently announced and his name was included in the rumored operators list, maybe the streamers might make their debut soon in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 as operators.

Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is available to play for free on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
