The beta version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is currently live for pre-order owners. The game will also be available another weekend before launching in October.
A bug was discovered in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 beta, allowing players with particular scopes to see through the enemy’s smoke.
The video shows a player aiming at smoke, after which the entire cloud disappears. The smoke seemed to disperse completely. The glitch just goes on to show the game is still far from ready. It is unsurprising to see such bugs.
Call of Duty is also prone to malicious hackers, and developers have been working to enforce stricter anti-cheating guidelines for a couple of months.
Besides the upcoming Modern Warfare campaign, fans will also get to see the first season of Modern Warfare 2. Although not much has been revealed for either, we can expect some fun and intense action.
Infinity Ward is dedicated to delivering a promising title, so we can expect the final game to be almost perfect, if not entirely.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 releases on October 28 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
