On Tuesday, the official website for the upcoming anime by author Roy and illustrator Ririnra, By the Grace of the Gods light novel series, revealed the second promotional video and October 4 premiere.
The series is animated by Maho Film and directed by Takeyuki Yanase.

Isekai is a popular genre of anime and manga in which the protagonist is transported to a different world.
By The Grace Of The Gods is an isekai genre manga featuring a reborn person who is blessed by the Gods with a peaceful life.
Receiving a most cordial and divine welcome from the gods, Ryoma decides to live leisurely on his own in the forest for the time being.
Working diligently at magic and hunting, Ryoma’s greatest passion comes to be researching his tamed slimes?!
Training a variety of slimes (some newly discovered), the curtain rises on this easygoing life fantasy celebrating a second life with kind people in another world!
Last month, the series released its first PV and we got short glimpses of all the main characters as well as the slimes that Ryoma takes care of. The new PV mainly focuses on showing the viewers the grace of the magical world.
By the Grace of the Gods is a Japanese light novel series written by Roy and illustrated by Ririnra.
It began serialization online in January 2014 on the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō. A revised version began serialization since September 10, 2015.
After a manga and light novel adaptation, the anime series will finally be released in October.
Funimation is co-producing the anime and will stream the series. Funimation premiered the anime’s first episode during its FunimationCon virtual event on July 3.
Azusa Tadokoro will perform the series-opening theme song “Yasashii Sekai” and while MindaRyn will perform the series ending theme song “Blue Rose knows“.
The series will premiere in Japan on October 4, 2020. It will be telecasted on TV Tokyo and BS Fuji. And Funimation will be the official streaming platform of the series. No fixed timings have been given yet.
