Episode 10 of the Bungou to Alchemist: Shinpan no Haguruma anime, titled “In a Grove.” It will be released on Friday, July 17, 2020.
In the next episode, Two Akutagawas face off against each other, and the mystery of why there are two same authors present, which threw the other characters in confusion on whom to trust will be solved!

The preview for the next Episode 10 was not shown; its title revealed to be “In the Grove.” We are speculating we will get to see Akutagawa’s story with the same name as the title.
There will be a face-off between the half Taint Akutagawa and the newly appeared Akutagawa, where the previous episode ended, leaving a cliff-hanger.
3. Episode 9 Recap
I. No longer Human
In episode 9, titled “No longer Human Part 2”, we begin with the distorted scene of No longer Human, which wasn’t initially present in the book.
Ango and Oda Saku discover all the members and servants in the Oba house slaughtered. They are suddenly attacked by Dazai, who believes himself to be Oba Yozo, the protagonist of his book.
They recognize ‘No longer human’ is tainted. Akutagawa Ryunosuke, a half taint author who is cuffed outside the novel, is questioned on why he wanted to taint Dazai’s book so badly, but he denies he has done it.
In the book, Dazai relives the story from his childhood to teenage where he observes different aspects of human nature like being hungry, being angry and despairs over the fact that he doesn’t understand humanity and is scared of others discovering that he isn’t a human because he does not share any similar manners or desires as them.
II. The clown of the class
Gradually he becomes the person who plays the fool and the clown of the class who makes others laugh no matter what, so he can continue living among them pretending to be human.
But soon, he is discovered by his classmate who sees through his act and calls him out. As Dazai is further thrown in confusion and despair over his classmate’s words of him never succeeding at being human, his book is mostly tainted.
Realizing he will have the same outcome each time in this story of his failures, of no one hearing his screams and ultimately dying and being branded no longer human.
Dazai goes on a rampage destroying everything and everyone he doesn’t understand, because he doesn’t want to be a hero of a tragic novel.
III. Akutagawa makes his move.
Wanting to save Dazai, Akutagawa enters his book and revisits Dazai’s memories of himself.
He reincarnates Dan Kazuo, Dazai’s closest friend, and the author of his biography. Ango and Oda Saku, on the other hand, sustain injuries while battling with Dazai; Dan enters the fight and finally knocks sense into Dazai, bringing him back to himself.
The Taint separates itself from Dazai and grows more substantial in size. Together they defeat it and come out of the book. When things go smoothly, and Dazai carries a weak Akutagawa back, to their surprise, another Akutagawa appears in the library.

Initially, the Japanese literature themed DMM online game known as Bungou to Alchemist, shortly known as BunAru. Bungou to Alchemist was launched on November 1, 2016, by DMM GAMES as a browser game, expanding to mobile platforms the following year on June 14.
Through the years, the franchise has expanded into novels, stage plays, and even anime. The protagonist is taken to a world where they can meet renowned Japanese writers of the past.
Their task is to delve into tainted books to purify them, with parties composed of writers to fight the Taints, who have corrupted the books.
To gain writers, they must transmigrate them by delving into ensouled books or meeting them while battling Taints in tainted books.
