The situation has turned extremely dire for the Detective Agency and the world. Fukuchi has relinquished his disguise and sent out commands for opening the One Order. Moreover, he has also killed Fukuzawa, his old friend.

Meanwhile, Fukuchi fights against Fukuzawa, an old rival who has known him for twenty years. Fukuchi tells him that he will never understand him without stepping onto the battlefield. Before leaving for the war, Fukuchi had expressed his fear of wavering from his path.

Fukuzawa went about his way to end the war through diplomacy, and Fukuchi went about it through slaughter. He sends the order to unlock the One Order, bringing his whole façade into the open. The battle ends with Fukuchi’s victory as he pierces Fukuzawa’s chest with Amenogozen.

Dazai and Sigma walk through the pathway, celebrating their victory against Fyodor. He asks him to get Fyodor’s plans using his ability, and they go to the room where his corpse lies. The elevator stops midway, and Fyodor speaks through the mic.

Dazai deduces that he must’ve used vampires to sit and wait and relay information. Since they already knew the flood was coming, it was easy to escape with gravity manipulation. As revenge, Fyodor sets off the flooding system in the elevator and puts Dazai to the test.
