1. Episode 6 Speculation
Kazuki and Rei have started getting closer and closer to Miri, with Kazuki becoming more protective over her. As the series progress, we will see more of their parenting shenanigans while navigating their dangerous jobs. As Miri has quite a sensible head over her shoulders, it won’t be that difficult of a problem.
Kyutaro seems to know the mysterious woman, and the next episode will show who exactly Karin is. Her timing suggests that she has a connection to either or both of the two guys. It looks like she may cause some trouble for them, especially after seeing them taking care of Miri. We might be getting someone’s backstory as well.

3. Episode 6 Recap
While watching the news, Kazuki worries that their parenting might influence Miri badly and lead her to delinquency. When Kazuki goes to the daycare to take Miri back, Anna tells him that Miri got into a fight with a friend.
Kazuki is confident that he will set things straight and tries asking her about it that night, but Miri denies it and says she never got into a fight with Taiga. Feeling Kazuki is not believing her, Miri gets angry and tells Kazuki she hates him, sending him into depression.
Kazuki tries making a great lunch for Miri’s field trip the next day to patch things up, but Miri is still angry with him and goes to the daycare with Rei. To his distress, Kazuki finds that Miri forgot her lunch and forces Rei to go with him to the zoo to hand it to her, even though the daycare explicitly stated that parents aren’t allowed.
At the zoo, Miri and two of her friends get lost with Taiga while following him. Miri is sure that she will find their way back to Anna, and everyone follows her. Kazuki and Rei find Miri, and Kazuki gets angry after seeing Miri with Taiga. However, they are surprised to find that she is looking after the boy she supposedly fought with quite well.
The kids get hungry and decide to take a rest. Miri finds she forgot her lunch, and Taiga and the others share their lunch with her. Taiga apologizes to all of them for being mean the day before. An armed robber who was hiding in the zoo tries to steal the kids’ food and points his gun at Miri. Kazuki and Rei disguise themselves as the zoo mascots and knock him over. The kids get very impressed by them.
Anna finally finds them, and everyone apologizes to her. She is surprised to see Taiga following Miri’s words and asks if they already made up. Miri replies that they were always friends.
On their way back, Kazuki and Rei realize how attentive and sensible Miri is, and Kazuki promises to trust Miri more.
When Miri returns back home, Kazuki is ecstatic to see that Miri is behaving normally again. Kazuki and Rei look at her daycare diary and find that Anna misunderstood and Miri never fought with Taiga. She stopped Taiga from being mean, and her hand accidentally hit her. Kazuki feels bad, apologizes to Miri, and they share her lunch together.
Meanwhile, a mysterious woman named Karin visits Kyutaro at his café.
