Boruto: Naruto Next Generations stands at an interesting point as its just done with the Time Travel Arc closing the chapter of Urashiki for good. Along with the latest addition to Team 15 in the form of a Samurai, things are not looking to heat up just yet.
But fans still can’t forget the first episode of Boruto where they showed a future-forward clip of Kawaki up against Boruto. In addition to that, it looks like Mikio is adding fuel to the fire.
A Twitter user @SpirallingSphe2 shed light on the Boruto stage performance at Jump Festa. Mikio Ikemoto asked everyone to stay tuned as Kawaki and Kara will enter the anime soon.

MANGA SPOILERS AHEAD
This means Kara is all set to make its debut in the anime. Kara is an evil organization, run by Jigen in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations to preserve the future vessel (Kawaki) of Isshiki Ōtsutsuki – an Ōtsutsuki clan member. Isshiki is currently the most powerful entity ever seen, surpassing even Kaguya Otsutsuki. He is so strong that he can take both Naruto and Sasuke at once with ease.
It is speculated by Sasuke that Isshiki will likely be paired with Kaguya Ōtsutsuki at some point. The two arrived on Earth, but they split up with Kaguya ending up getting sealed away by her sons. Well, you know the rest from Naruto. Isshiki, however, remained on Earth for many centuries undetected. At some point in time, Isshiki takes possession of Jigen and uses him as one of his vessels.
