2. Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 14 Recap
The chapter starts out with Konohamaru interrogating Boruto after apprehending him. Boruto enquired about the status quo of everyone, to which Konohamaru said all his allies were safe, although there were some casualties, and the enemies fled.
After this, Boruto revealed all he knew about the Shinju, about how Matsuri was after him. He then revealed that Jura was the incarnation of ten tails. He then proceeded to tell Konohamaru that the eradication of the divine trees could bring about an end to all this disaster. Konohamaru simply couldn’t trust all this because his info seemed baseless.
Finally, when Boruto got the chance, he escaped from the room with the help of Mitsuki. The chapter ended with Shikamaru getting contacted by Kankuro, who requested the help of the leaf village because the Hidden Sand was under attack and Gaara was defeated. Gaara’s adopted son had transformed into a divine tree, and things were quite dire.

After Kankuro’s request for backup, Shikamaru was quite conflicted as he couldn’t reject a request from the sand village; however, it’d be risky to send their strongest forces to the sand village as there was no telling when a Shinju could spawn. He finally decided to send over a small team containing some people like Sarada and Mitsuki.
One of the most exciting parts of chapter 15 is going to be the fact that several characters from the sand village are going to be revealed for the first time in Boruto TBV, including Gaara. It was revealed that Shinki had become a tree, and the new Shinju named “Ryu” spawned from that tree.
Later, we got to see Boruto, who had just escaped from the leaf village, interacting with Kawaki. He told Kawaki that he had to get stronger and that although it should be Naruto who should train Kawaki, Boruto now has a mysterious method to improvise for this deficit.
Finally, we got to see Ryu, the new Shinju, in motion. Like every other newly awakened Shinju, Ryu has to eat someone, and for this, he heads towards the Hidden Sand. Although who is going to eat is still a mystery, it is quite apparent that the Hidden Sand village is in dire need of help right now.
