The first episode of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations finally came out yesterday after a long wait of 100 episodes. In our previous post, we covered all the hot leaks about the first episode, which were out there, such as Sarada’s new look.
On being asked about the number of episodes in the Mujina Bandits Arc, Boruto’s screenwriter Tweeted that there will be eleven. The first chapter will have seven and the second will have four episodes.

He said the 1st chapter has 7 episodes, and the 2nd has 4, so it is safe to say that the first part of the arc is composed of the prison part while the second section is the one from the manga.
So considering one episode a week, you can look forward to almost 3 months of episodes! We expect the first two months to focus on Mujina Bandits, while the last month should probably get things finished with this arc.
It’s good to know the schedule in advance to plan out our anime journey, and what makes this news even better is the long anticipation behind this initial arc from the manga.
