According to the rules of action shounen manga, as one strong enemy dies, an even stronger enemy will appear. That is precisely the case with Boruto: Naruto Next Generations.
Code is now the next major villain after Isshiki died and left Naruto Kurama-less.
Isshiki, with his last dying breath, made sure that he implanted another inconvenience in the path of Naruto and company.
Currently, Code’s strength is being hyped up by more than one character in the manga, and we can’t help but ask, how strong is Code?
According to chapter 56 of Boruto, Code was one of the few people who survived even though his body rejected Isshiki’s karma.
Even though Isshiki ordered to kill every other survivor, he let Code live because of his unwavering loyalty to the Otsutsuki.
Kawaki has already said that Code is much stronger than Delta and Boro. Both Boro and Delta were inner members of Kara and extremely powerful. Boro could even take a direct hit of the Rasengan.
According to Amado, Code is even stronger than Jigen! He also revealed that he had developed several other cyborgs who were stronger than Jigen, but they had to be disposed of under Jigen’s orders.
One shocking revelation after another is made as Amado explains how Kara members’ bodies are remodeled to make them even more powerful.
However, the white karma that Code received reacted with his body and made him the most powerful among them all. In fact, he is so powerful that Amado placed a limiter on him to keep him in check.
The limiter was placed so that Jigen’s position as a leader was not usurped. Currently, it is this limiter that is barring Code from attempting a full-frontal attack and taking revenge.
Although no one other than Amado can take off the limiter, it is bound to come off sooner or later. How strong will Code become then?
A time skip arc is also hinted at in the manga. Boruto declares that the only thing to do right now is train. Code also needs to bid his time to disable the limiter.
Meanwhile, Code has also sniffed out a cyborg named Eida, who is supposed to know everything.
There is a probability that both the parties will increase their powers for some time and then meet on the battlefield.
Fighting with Isshiki has left Naruto weaker than before. Sasuke’s state is not suitable either. Is it finally the time for the next generation to take control of the situation?
