Boruto Episode 287: Release Date, Speculations, Watch Online

Sasuke brings the battle to an end in episode 286 of Boruto, titled “Sasuke’s Story: The Ring”.

As the battle drags on, the duo take on hordes and hordes of dragon beasts with ease, using their signature powers to the maximum potential. Zansul stands no chance against the village’s strongest shinobis.

Meanwhile, Jiji, the traitor’s motives, have also been revealed to be all for the sake of his wife. Someone he thought was murdered while he was away, but it turned out to be a huge conspiracy.

Episode 287 Speculation

With the end of Sasuke’s story arc, we will likely move back to one of Boruto’s next and not focus on Sasuke anymore as he continues his journey around the world. Sakura is now more relieved and reassured about his lonely travels than before.

Meanwhile, Naruto has also been wholly cured, so hopefully, he will have a role in the next arc with Boruto; we should finally be able to see some father-son bonding.

Recap of Episode 286

Sasuke summons his katana and fights off hoards of dragon beasts as they swarm around the entire area; he also calls on Meno to help him out. He spots the colossal beast they managed to revive and the traitor standing atop.

Zansul rides atop the beasts, happy that his plan has finally come to fruition. Sasuke senses Sakura’s presence and tries to find her amongst the debris; she finally wakes up but can barely muster the power to escape.

The poison is still in her body, and she can’t get any chakra. Luckily, he could find her chakra through the ring and get her out. He heals her, and then they both prepare to take on the primary fight.

Sasuke manages to enter the fight at a crucial moment and leaves the army of beats to Sakura, who destroys the floor beneath them and takes them out with ease. Meanwhile, Sasuke does not break a sweat as he burns them all.

Zansul manages to get away to the safety of the air, and Sasuke continues his massacre of beasts on the ground. Mid-fight, Sasuke receives a message through an eagle that the Prime Minister has been captured.e

Zansul does not just give up on his plans and decides to wage war in his place and uses the Ultra Particles to do so. Meanwhile, Sakura faces Jiji again, and they both hinder each other.

Meno tricks the giant beast into falling into the water, and Sasuke uses his rinnegan to switch places with one of the beasts and take out Zansul from the air. He retrieves the Ultra Particles and asks Jiji what his actual motive is.

Jiji explains that he wants to return Margo from the dead using reanimation, and both Sasuke and Sakura sympathize with his motives. Sasuke has some reassuring information that the Prime Minister was merely tricking him the whole time.

Margo is still alive and well in the Land of Redaku, and Jiji goes to release the reanimation spell, but one beast attacks him and severely wounds him at the last minute. Sasuke and Sakura manage to come back to the village and cure Naruto.

Sasuke continues his journey as there is still much more to explore, but Sakura is no longer worried.
