In Episode 214, titled ‘Predestined Fate,’ Amado revealed some more secrets about Isshiki Otsutsuki. Although nothing more was revealed, we learned that Koji is related to Jiraiya.
The highlight of the episode was when Kawaki fainted when his karma disappeared after Jigen died in flames.
Amado anticipated and shared with Naruto that Isshiki might soon arrive in the Leaf village in an attempt to reincarnate himself through Kawaki’s body.
The episode ended on a sad note when Isshiki won the battle against Koji Kashin before he could meet Naruto, but it seems like it’s not the end. Will Isshiki be successful in embedding another karma onto Kawaki’s body? Let’s find out.

Episode 215 Preview and Speculations
Koji Kashin summoning toads and then using ‘Rasengan’ in the recent episode confirmed that he is related to Jiraiya. To add to it, Isshiki also called him a clone of Jiraiya.
The upcoming episode will reveal how exactly he is related to Jiraiya, which makes me wonder how Naruto will react when he learns that Koji is related to his master of the legendary sannin.
In the preview of the next episode, Koji Kashin says something to Isshiki, which seems like his last words. On the other hand, Boruto insists on fighting alongside his father and Sasuke, but Naruto scolds him.
As Naruto and Sasuke argue with Boruto, Isshiki arrives in the Leaf village and attacks Konohamaru, but Naruto arrives just in time and saves him. Boruto ties his shinobi headband and comments that he is prepared to take Isshiki down.

Episode 215 Release Date
Episode 215 of the Boruto anime, titled “Prepared”, has been released on Sunday, Sep 12, 2021.
Since this anime runs on a weekly schedule, new episode releases are seven days apart.

Episode 215 of Boruto will be released as per schedule. No such delay has been announced.
Episode 214 Recap
Watching Jigen burst into flames, Boruto realizes that the only way to defeat an Otsutsuki is to use flames not made from chakra, but suddenly Jigen starts to shrink the flames. Amado reveals that Isshiki can shrink anything except living things with his Jutsu, ‘Sukunahikona.’
Just when Isshiki realizes that Jigen’s body has reached the limits, the shell in his core cracks. Amado comments that it’s impossible for him to shrink the fire as he is exhausted from the fight with shinobis. Sasuke interrupts and says that Otsutsuki can still come back to life as he can reincarnate through Kawaki’s body.
Amado agrees and reveals that after a few minutes, when Isshiki will die within Jigen’s body, he will transfer automatically into his vessel’s body. He adds that since Kawaki’s Otsutsufication is still in progress, he cannot yet be used as a vessel.
He adds that Jigen is already dead, but Isshiki is still alive. Suddenly, Kawaki starts screaming as his karma lights up, and after a while, his karma disappears into thin air. Around the same time, Isshiki shrinks all of the flames in an instant.
When Naruto asks him about what just happened, Amado says that Isshiki’s reincarnation is complete using Jigen’s body, so all other karmas embedded in other vessels are simultaneously erased; hence it’s possible to kill him.
Suddenly, Isshiki reappears in his full form and shrinks everything, as a result, the live projection in the Leaf village stops. Amado comments that Koji Kashin will most probably not make it back, making Naruto concerned for him.
After signing the agreement papers, Amado tells Naruto that he and Sasuke are the only ones who are capable of defeating Isshiki. When Naruto suggests joining the fight, Amado disagrees and explains that Kawaki is Isshiki’s only target right now.
He adds that since Isshiki has only a few days to live, he will do his best to embed another karma on Kawaki’s body. Amado suggests evacuating the civilians out of the Leaf village as soon as possible and asks Naruto and Sasuke to be around Kawaki.
