So it seems like Boro died. But we cannot ignore the fact at this point, none of the Kara members are practically humans. There are chances that Amado will save him somehow with his crazy scientific tools.

And if he really dies, I wonder what will happen to the village people dying with the virus he spread. Maybe Mitsuki can save them like he saved Kawaki and Boruto out of it.

Boruto returns to his original form and doesn’t seem to remember anything. The kids take Naruto back to the Leaf Village, where he is admitted to the hospital for treatment. Naruto finally wakes up and finds his family around him.

Meanwhile, Sasuke also wakes up and learns about Naruto from Sakura. Kawaki and Sarada are also being treated in the same hospital, and so Boruto brings them to his father’s ward. Shikamaru and Sasuke also reach there.

Sasuke tells everyone about Jigen possessing ‘Ten Tails.’ Sarada also tells them what Boro said about infecting an entire town with a virus.

Kawaki joins the conversation and says that a scientist named Amado modified all the Kara members, to produce the virus within their bodies.

Outside the ward, Kawaki tells Boruto how horns grew out of his head as he transformed. Boruto recalls a conversation with Otsutsuki when he was unconscious and wonders if he is not normal anymore. The duo swears to defeat Jigen.

Later, Sarada tells Sasuke about what happened to Boruto. Mitsuki adds that Boro also called him a Momoshiki’s vessel. Sasuke realizes that Momoshiki is trying to revive himself through Boruto’s body and tells the kids that Jigen himself seems to be a vessel for someone else.

Meanwhile, Shikadai and Inojin join Boruto and Kawaki to thank them for saving the Hokage. On being requested by Sumire Kakei, Kawaki goes to his room and asks her to inject the painkiller, which he rejected before.

After a while, he goes to see Naruto and overhears his conversation with Shikamaru, who says that Jigen might attack the village again through Kawaki’s Karma.
