Boruto Episode 225: Release Date, Speculation, Watch Online

Iwabe is confident that he’ll become a chunin and jump straight to the position of a Hokage. Wasabi’s family thinks the same thing about him, putting him in a tight spot.

To help Wasabi have faith in himself, Iwabe builds a cat as big as a mountain. No idea how that helped. It ended up making him lose all his chakra and forfeit. Weirdest match ever.

As Boruto and Mitsuko go off playing detective somewhere, Sarada and Cho-cho are chosen as opponents for the next match.

Episode 225 Speculations

Fans had speculated that Sarada and Cho-cho would be paired against each other, and it came true. What they hadn’t anticipated was the way the Wasabi-Iwabe match would turn out because all of it was so unpredictable. There was no rhyme or reason to this.

Wasabi’s grandma hands him a scroll allowing him to get possessed by the legendary monster cat to help him win. He’s insecure because not only did no one from his family become a chunin at his age but there isn’t a single jonin in his family.

In the match, Iwabe uses mountain jutsu, and Iwabe counters with his cat clock jutsu.

Wasabi and Iwabe get into a verbal fight after Wasabi tells him he does not want to be a Hokage, wasting everyone’s time. Wasabi then yells out that Iwabe should stop dreaming too because Hokages don’t come from ordinary families like theirs.

Wasabi drops his scroll, and Iwabe asks about it. He tells him how it’s supposed to help get possessed by a monster cat as big as a mountain, but it’s just an exaggerated story from his grandma.

Iwabe realizes that Wasabi has given up even before starting and builds him a giant cat out of the earth. The colossal cat breaks, and the head is about to fall on Iwabe.

Seeing no other option, he touches the scroll and summons the legendary cat spirit to save Iwabe. The legend turns out to be accurate, and because of it, Wasabi can save him.

He is declared a winner since Iwabe used all his chakra on the weirdest allegory anyone has ever seen. On the other end, Boruto and Mitsuki are seen at a train station looking for Amado.

The next contestants facing each other would be Sarada and Cho-cho.
