1. Chapter 71 Raw Scans, Leaks
The raw scans and spoiler of Chapter 71 have been released. Code tries to hurt Amado, but Daemon interrupts him. Code and Daemon engage in a fight. It turns out that even with his limiters removed, Code is no match for Daemon. Daemon remarks that it does not matter if Code can defeat Naruto and Sasuke now, for he will always be number two. Amado tries to negotiate with Eida, telling her that he has a motive to protect Kawaki and his karma.
Code leaves taking Bug with him, telling Eida that he will become an Otsutsuki and will know if he truly loves her or wants to kill her. He is angry for being rejected as a vessel as well as Eida’s love and vows to destroy Kawaki and everything he cares for.
2. Chapter 71 Discussion
Chapter 71 will reveal if Amado, despite being attacked by Code, actually survived the attack. The section in which the scientist survives will likely reveal a lot about him if he lives.
The theory that Amado is actually the villain exists already, and we have already seen hints suggesting that this is the case. It might also be revealed in the latest chapter whether Eida really is Amado’s daughter or if she was modeled after her.
