BOFURI Season 2 Episode 7: Release Date, Speculation, Watch Online

Kanade, Iz, and Kuromu gain new monster companions in episode 6 of BOFURI season 2, titled “Defense Specialization and Tamed Monsters.”

It was an episode focused on the mentioned side characters. Maple and Mii also came into picture to help Iz collect all the items she needed to get her hands on the spirit-type monster.

It was quite a generic episode with nothing much to offer. We saw some action scenes, and the characters got new partners, but that sums it all.

Episode 7 Speculations

Maple and her guild will embark on a new quest in episode 7 of BOFURI season 2. I don’t really know what will actually happen in the next episode. However, with the new set of skills everyone has obtained, it is bound to be something fun and exciting.

Not getting any preview makes it a little tough to predict what new adventure Maple will embark on. Although, it seems like we will have ample time to think about it.

Mii talked about some kind of guild battle, so maybe in the next episode we will get to see the guilds clashing.

Episode 6 Recap

Maple is doing well with the new monster she has tamed. Her other guild members also desire a companion, so they set out to find a monster of their choice.

Kanade finds a NPC she hasn’t seen before and goes after it. She finds out that it is called Mirror Slime and goes in a cave searching for it. After a brief battle, she captures it and names it Sou.

Iz learns about a spirit-type monster. She finds out more about it and prepares to go and capture it. She meets Maple, who is exploring with Mii. After hearing about Iz’s next quest, Maple and Mii agree to go with her.

Mii shows them her new partner Ignis. They all ride on Ignis and reach the destined location. After dealing with some small fries, they meet the giant dragon hidden inside the place.

Mii and Maple defeat the giant dragon using their new found skills, and Iz obtains the material she needs. Then, they all go to other places for the object Iz needs. These objects are Egg of Eerie Bird, Ice Flower, coral and scorpion’s poison, and fur.

Kuromu goes inside a cave in the hope of finding a monster. After defeating the boss, he gets his hands on a treasure. Inside the treasure, he finds a ring and linked to the ring is a tamed monster named Armored.

Iz collects all the items she needs, obtains the spirit-type monster, and names Fay. All the guild members gather to show the monsters they have tamed. Kuromu shows his partner Necro and demonstrates what it can do, leaving some mixed reactions.
