BOFURI Season 2 Episode 4: Release Date, Speculation, Watch Online

Maple and Sally work through the second floor in episode 3 of BOFURI season 2, titled “Defense Specialization and the Seventh Event.”

The whole episode was about Sally and Maple exploring and clearing floors. Sally didn’t show up anytime during the sixth event, but when she returned for the seventh, she exploded.

Maple also spent sometime with Mii who always loves spending time with Maple as she can shed off her looking cool attitude and be herself. Their dynamic is pretty sweet and wholesome.

1. Episode 4 Speculations

Maple and Sally will explore the rest of the floors of the Seventh Event in episode 4 of BOFURI. This level seems very interesting as we are getting to see a whole different kinds of enemies.

The whole of episode 4 will be about clearing this level. We might see some other players as well. I hope we get some interesting development or changes in the game. I am looking forward to see how the duo will clear the level.

3. Episode 3 Recap

Maple catches two ghost girls with the help of psychokinesis. She obtains the hands of salvation for Sally, but Sally refuses to use it. Maple gets an invitation from Mii.

They together venture out to defeat some tough enemies. After Maple ensures Mii’s safety, Mii uses volcanic explosion to annihilate all the enemies. After that, they go out to have some food.

Kasumi and Frederica join them. They chat a little bit about the upcoming guild battle. After that, Kasumi and Frederica leave. Maple tells Mii that they will find a different place next time where no one can disturb them.

Now it’s time for going to the Seventh floor. Sally and Maple team up and they end up at a huge tower with ten floors. They start from the first floor where Maple defeats a huge dragon by herself.

They then enter the second floor which is a library. A book steals most of Maple’s powers, so Sally takes the charge and starts fighting the enemies who are all in the form of books.

After a CG battle, Sally clears the floor. They reach the third floor that is filled with lava and magma. A monster appears in front of them that changes its form to ice after begin attacked.

Maple changes into her monster form and very easily defeats the monster.

BOFURI: I Don’t Want to Get Hurt, so I’ll Max Out My Defense is a Japanese light novel series written by Yuumikan and illustrated by Koin.

The story revolves around Kaede Honji, a teenage girl who plays a VR mass multiplayer online game called New World Online with her friend Risa Shiramine. Since Kaede hates being damaged, she creates a character named Maple in which she puts all her points into defense.
