Maple reached the sixth level in episode 2 of BOFURI season 2, titled “Defense Specialization and Fifth Floor and Sixth Floor.”

It was an action packed episode with some comedy in between. Maple wasn’t able to fight the boss battle on fifth level because she caught a cold. She then ventured out to fight the boss alone.

On the fifth level she met Mai and Yui with whom she defeated a powerful boss. Her guild went to the sixth level which was a horror zone. Sally got scared but still managed to gain some points.

Episode 3 Speculations

Maple will go and explore some more of the sixth level in episode 3 of BOFURI season 2. I don’t expect much to happen in the next episode other than some comedy gags and action.

They might venture out to the Seventh level. Maple’s guild is going up really fast and the management is also releasing them rapidly. I still hope we get some character development in the midst of all this rapid growth.

Episode 2 Recap

Maple’s guild has reached the fifth level by defeating a fox-like monster. However, Maple couldn’t take part as she caught a cold. When she returns, no one is present, so she decides to fight the boss to go to the fifth floor alone.

She goes to fight the boss. A battle ensues. Maple finds it hard to defeat the boss. So, she reluctantly decides to use an attack that causes self-harm. She manages to defeat the boss.e

However, she found out that it was not the entrance to the fifth floor. Frederica, Dred, and Drag, along with their guild, show up in front of Maple. She goes to defeat the main boss with them.

She uses her newfound technique and defeats the boss without help from others. On the fifth floor, she meets Yui and Mai, who tell her that they fought a boss they couldn’t beat.

With the help of Maple, they easily defeat the boss and gain new skills. The management announces the release of the sixth floor, so they all set out to explore the fifth floor.

Maple goes to the sixth floor with her guild, and learns it is a horror zone. Sally is very scared and is not ready to go to the sixth floor.

She still decides to go because of some items present there. Maple goes along with her. They reach a scary mansion and search for the item. Sally gets trapped, but Maple saves her.

After much effort, they finally get out of the mansion and gain some skills. Sally logs out. Back home, she gets scared because she was alone so she calls Kaede and they start talking so that Sally doesn’t feel afraid.
