Episode 1 Recap

Lisa informs Maple that the fourth floor has been released. So, she gets ready to defeat the boss at the third level. Maple handles the third-level boss herself, and her team moves to the fourth level.

They all decide to explore the level first and go in different directions. Sally gets challenged by Frederica for a duel again. Maple sees Mii disappearing somewhere after changing her get-up.

She goes after Mii to tell her that she saw her. She ends up at a place filled with cute pets, and both Mii and Maple start cuddling with the pets. Maple is surprised that someone as cool as Mii also has this easy-going and cute side.

When they return, Mii’s guild members are waiting for Mii, so she says goodbye to Maple and departs. Frederica and Sally fight hard. Frederica overwhelms Sally and defeats her, but Sally isn’t defeated, and she attacks Frederica from behind, defeating her again.

Kasumi has collected a lot of merchandise and swords, but she worries about running out of money. So she sets out and gains a purple sword, with the help of which she defeats a monster and earns money. However, using that sword causes her to de-age.

The Christmas special event starts, and Maple gets transferred to a forest where she immediately engages in battle with monsters. Payne meets Maple in her monster form, and the two of them set out to explore the forest together.

A horde of bee-type monsters attacks them both. Payne defeats all of them while Maple gets stuck in the honey-like substance. Payne defeats the main boss. Sally finds a small gift while Shin catches Kasumi in her de-aged form.

Maple and Payne meet Dread and Drag. Payne, Dread, and Drag are invited by Maple to a Christmas party where other guilds are also present. Everyone has gotten a gift, and on opening the gift, they all get dressed in Santa Claus clothes while Maple ends up with the reindeer costume.
