Team Z wins against the invincible Team V in episode 11 of Blue Lock. Isagi has his moment when he takes the winning goal, securing Team Z’s survival in Blue Lock Project and proceeding to the second selection. The team even forgives Kuon for his betrayal because of his sacrifice.

Episode 12 Speculation
The next episode will begin the second selection of Blue Lock, which will be an individual assessment. Isagi has entered the second stage, so he will see what and who exactly he will face. Team Z has bonded throughout these matches, so they can expect better teamwork after the second selection.
We are also introduced to Itoshi, a gifted player who seems to be harboring monstrous skills, which we can see more closely in the upcoming episode.

Episode 11 Recap
As he recognizes Bachira, Chigiri, and Kunigami as the players who might help them score their winning goal, Isagi launches the counterattack on Team V. Isagi passes the ball around using his spatial awareness.
From behind him, Nagi Seishiro sneaked up. At this point, he recalled all of his goals and how his direct shot (volley), which eliminated the need for ball control at any time, was the final component of his goal-scoring formula.
Isagi gave it his best, and the ball sailed into the top right corner of the goal, bringing the score to 5-4. Isagi and Team Z began to celebrate their accomplishment. Team Z defended their victory and qualified for the Blue Lock Project’s second selection round.
When Raichi interfered, Kunigami offered Kuon to join their team’s celebration. He punched Kuon to make things fair since he was unwilling to forget what Kuon had done.
The top scorers from the three losing teams and Team V and Team Z advanced past the opening round. Niko challenged Isagi that he would defeat him the following time.
Team Z was summoned for their second selection. While they were happy to start on it finally, they were shocked to find out that there were players from the teams that got eliminated in the first round itself.
This was when Ego Jinpachi revealed that there were no other players other than those in Building 5 because they did not exist.
The first selection was made so the players could feel the desperation to win football games, while the following selections were meant to mold the players. As the second selection began, a new key player, Itoshi Rin, became the first participant, as his name was similar to Itoshi Sae’s.
Team Z bonded and promised to see each other on the other side of the selections as Isagi entered the second stage.
