Ichigo is faced with the shocking truth about his mother in episode 11 of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, titled “Everything But the Rain”. Nimaiya tells Renji that Ichigo’s Asauchi wasn’t made by him and therefore he had to send him back so that he comes to realize the whereabouts of his soul.
Isshin, Ichigo’s father, tells the truth about Ichigo’s mother and his past. A flashback reveals Masaki to be an Echt Quincy and the meeting between her and Isshin when he was still the captain of the 10th Division. Aizen, Gin, and Tousen turn out to be the perpetrators behind the conflict which Isshin is trying to solve.

Episode 12 Speculation
The next episode, episode 12, is titled “Everything But the Rain: June truth”. We will be continuing with the flashback and know more about the Quincy and how Isshin and Masaki come to be together.
Isshin will try to protect Masaki and leave out details about a Quincy being on the scene to the Seireitei. Masaki may also get into conflict with her aunt if she comes to know about her involvement with a Soul Reaper. Masaki will also probably face repercussions on her body as she allowed a hollow to bite her. We will also be seeing more on the meeting between Uryu and Haschwalth.

No episode 12 of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War is not on a break this week. No delay has been announced so far and the episode will be released on the above-stated date.
Recap of Episode 11
Nimaiya tells Renji that he is the creator of every Asauchi held by every soul reaper, including the members of Squad Zero, which later turns into Zanpakuto through the relationship between the soul reaper and asauchi.
This is absolute truth and even Kenpachi Zaraki gained an Asauchi from a dead Soul Reaper. However, the asauchi of Ichigo’s Zanpakuto was not made by him and so his training would have been useless to him. Nimaiya states that Ichigo needs to know the whereabouts of his soul.
Back in the human world, Isshin comes out to meet his son in front of the clinic but Ichigo runs away. He goes to Ikumi’s shop who scolds him for acting like a runaway. But seeing Ichigo’s state, she tells him to just come to work regularly and rely on adults more.
Ichigo hears a doorbell but as she looks out, she finds no one. Isshin is already inside in front of Ichigo in his Soul Reaper attire and Ichigo realizes his father probably already knows everything and he will have to go home. He thanks Ikumi and goes away but leaves his badge behind accidentally.
At their place, Isshin tells Ichigo he does know everything, including the fact that his Zanpakuto was broken. He further says that he can understand why they kicked out Ichigo since, in his current state, he won’t be able to fix his broken Bankai. Hearing this makes him angry and he grabs his father. Isshin tells him he is ready to tell everything now. He also reveals that Ichigo may not be a soul reaper, but he isn’t an ordinary human either.
A flashback of nearly twenty years ago shows a younger Isshin when he was still the captain of Squad 10 in Seireitei, as well as his Lieutenant Rangiku Matsumoto and Third Seat, Toshiro Hitsugaya. He was rather laid-back and light-hearted but serious about his work. After hearing the news of some mysterious Soul Reapers’ deaths in Naruki city, he goes to investigate himself.
Aizen, Gin, and Tousen are conducting some Hollowfication experiments while trying to locate Shinji Hirako and others. Isshin tells the two soul reapers patrolling Naruki city to go home if it rains since the last two deaths happened while it was raining as well. Isshin tries to bait the Soul Reapers’ killer with his spiritual pressure. Suddenly the two patrol reapers are killed and Isshin is faced with a Hollow.
Meanwhile, a young Masaki Kurosaki is having dinner at the Ishida family’s mansion who took her in since she is the sole survivor of the Kurosaki bloodline. Her aunt Izumi gets angry at her when she hears Kurosaki’s Seiren isn’t going as well. She says they only took her in as part of Echt Quincy. Ryuken comes in and got his mother to calm down. He apologizes to Masaki but she cheerfully proclaims she is fine.
Masaki senses an immense spiritual pressure released by Isshin and the hollow. She runs out but is stopped by Ryuken who tells her, as a Quincy she should only move out after the Soul Reapers are dead. However, Masaki tells him she wants to stand on her own convictions and move out. Ryuken orders Katagiri that they will move out too.
While fighting the Hollow, Isshin realizes that it is highly intelligent and stronger than other hollows. While struggling against his attacks, he is slashed by Aizen from behind. As he hit the ground, he notices that the attack was done by a Zanpakuto and there is probably a traitor amongst the Soul Reapers. The white hollow clad in black armor continues to fight him.
Isshin is backed into a corner and the Hollow readies itself for an attack but is interrupted by an attack from Masaki. As Isshin wonders about who Masaki is, Aizen stops Tosen from killing her due to finding the situation interesting. Masaki baits the hollow to draw it close and kills it, absorbing its spiritual pressure.
Isshin saves Masaki as the hollow self-destructs. They each thank the other for saving them. While Masaki heals Isshin, he inquires about her identity. She hesitates because of their relationship with Soul Reapers but decides to tell him the truth. Isshin gladly declares that he is happy to meet a living Quincy. Masaki joyfully wonders if all Soul Reapers are like him.
Ryuken and Kanae, after seeing Masaki is safe, leave. In their lab, Tosen is angry about the hollow passing his powers to a Quincy after reaching the final metastasize stage. Aizen happily reassures him that their present scenario is much more interesting.
Elsewhere, Jugram Haschwalth meets Uryu.
About Bleach
Bleach is a Japanese anime television series based on Tite Kubo’s manga of the same name. The anime series adapts Kubo’s manga but also introduces some new, original, self-contained story arcs.
It is based in Karakura Town on a 15-year-old high school student Ichigo Kurosaki who becomes a substitute Soul Reaper when Rukia Kuchiki, a Soul Reaper, puts Soul Reaper powers in Ichigo. They barely manage to kill the hollow.
Although initially reluctant to accept the heavy responsibility, he begins eliminating some more hollows and also discovers that several of his friends and classmates are spiritually aware and have powers of their own.
