Byakuya, Renji, and Rukia are severely injured. It is revealed that Driscoll Berci killed Sasikabe. Yamamoto burns him and proceeds to fight on the front lines. Everyone feels his Spiritual Presence and is motivated to fight.

Episode 6 Speculation
Episode 6 is titled ‘The Fire.’
Yamamoto is furious, and everyone present there can feel his rage. The captains will fight will all their might against the opponents. We will be able to witness Yamamoto fighting on the front lines, which will be exhilarating. We might see Yamamoto Vs. Yhwach real soon.
While trying to break out of the jail created by Opie, a green kind of light emerges from him. We still don’t know what that is. Is it a new kind of power that Ichigo acquires?
The identity of the person who killed Opie is also a mystery. There is no one at the moment that I could guess could be in Hueco Mundo to help them. If that person was present there from the beginning, why didn’t he kill Opie previously?

Recap of Episode 5
Everyone is informed that Ichigo is on his way to the Soul Society. Akon is alarmed as Ichigo’s Spiritual Pressure cannot be detected in the Garganta. As Akon sends the Secret Remote Unit to the Senkaimon exit, Jidanbo, who seems to be controlled by someone, probably Quincies, attacks Akon and others.
Ichigo tries hard to break from the jail created by Opie inside the Garganta. Ichigo hears the cries of his people through the call with Akon. He is frustrated as he cannot break through it, even with Getsugatenshou.
As Opie tries to finish off Inoue and others, he is killed by someone who has not yet been revealed to the viewers. Urahara is shocked that someone places a sword near his face.
Byakuya asks Renji to observe the abilities of Stern Ritter’ F’, i.e., As Nodt, as Renji’s Bankai is their only hope. As Nodt uses Byakuya’s Bankai against him. Renji tries to attack As Nodt but is knocked down by the other Stern Ritter.
Kenpachi has defeated three Stern Ritters by himself and proceeds to attack Yhwach. Yhwach blocks the attack with his hand, which creates a massive shock wave. As Ichigo feels helpless while trying to break the jail, a green light appears around him.
Hisagi is wounded severely by the Stern Ritter’ O’, Driscoll Berci. It is revealed that he was the one who killed Sasakibe. As he tries to kill Hisagi, Yamamoto shows up. Berci uses Sasakibe’s Bankai, which has not been used for about 2000 years, on Yamamoto.
A glimpse of Yamamoto and Sasakibe’s past is shown, proving how important Sasakibe was to Yamamoto. He had taken on the name ‘Genryusai’ for Sasakibe’s sake. Back to the present, the Bankai does not affect Yamamoto much, as expected.
Yamamoto is furious and says Sasakibe’s Bankai was not that weak. Yamamoto burns Berci and gives Sasakibe a proper farewell.
Yamamoto tells Hisagi not to worry as he will kill every last member of the rebel army. He then proceeds toward the battlefield to fight on the front lines. After sensing Yamamoto’s Spiritual Pressure, the captains and others are all charged up and ready to face their opponents.
