This guide breaks down the event’s key mechanics, making it easy for newcomers to jump in and start grinding for tokens, coins, pets, and upgrades.

1. Everything About Pet Simulator 99 – Cannon Tycoon Event

The Cannon Tycoon event in Pet Simulator 99 is an exciting update that lets you build and upgrade your base with powerful cannons.

This event features new pets, eggs, and rewards, including limited-edition Titanic Pets and 5 New Eggs.

To access the event, locate the Cannon Tycoon board near the spawn area and teleport to the new location. You’ll find numerous blocks and platforms, including a round platform marked “T” where you’ll place your first cannon.

i. Collecting Event Currency and Upgrades

As you progress, you’ll collect event currency – red coins with a paw print – that can be used to purchase cannon upgrades, new cannons, eggs, and more. You’ll also find “pets” marked areas, where you can spend coins to obtain and hatch eggs, unlocking Cannon pets that increase your overall damage.

For the second and third cannons, you will require lots of patience, upgrading, and saving coins. You can purchase the new cannons and unlock their upgrades when you’ve got enough currency.

The Lightning and Nuclear cannons require specific items, which can be obtained through grinding. However, consider saving coins and upgrading the arena to level 5 as this will spawn better chests, yielding better rewards.

ii. Obtaining Lightning Cannon and Nuclear Cannon

Unlocking the lightning cannon is honestly a time-consuming, grinding process, like most things in this event. Unlike other rewards, opening chests won’t get you the necessary tokens, so you’ll have to follow these steps:

• Collect 10 Hellfire Crystals.
• Unlock the Hellfire Machine near the fifth cannon’s platform.
• Use the crystals to create a Hellfire Core.
• Activate the core to spawn Hellfire Gifts, which contain Lightning Tokens.

In contrast, the Nuclear Cannon is only accessible through the Forever Pack which can be purchased at the store, making it a pay-to-win feature.

iii. Other Event Features & Rewards

Beyond cannons and eggs, the event offers additional features and rewards, like:

• Golden and Rainbow Generators: Transform regular pets into golden or rainbow variants, increasing their value.
