Episode 163 showed us the much-awaited fight between Yami Sukehiro and Dante. Yami is trying out some of the new techniques that he mastered in the last six months.

1. Episode 164 Speculation
In the preview, we get to see Yami and Dante having a little chat as they fight. Meanwhile, Asta is seen lying on the ground and is in no condition to move.
Episode 164 will continue with the fight between Dante and Yami. I am quite sure that none of them have unleashed their true powers yet. From the previous episode, we can certainly say that Yami’s Black Magic is effective against Dante’s Gravity Magic.
Far away in the Heart Kingdom, Loropechika and the Magic Knights will fight Vanica and her Dark Disciples. Considering how strong and reckless Vanica is, I doubt if any of them stands a chance against her.
2. Episode 164 Release Date
Episode 164 of the Black Clover anime, titled “Battlefield: Heart Kingdom”, has been released on Tuesday, Feb 16, 2021.
Since this anime runs on a weekly schedule, new episode releases are seven days apart.

Gauche is badly injured from Dante’s attack and will bleed to his death if no miracle occurs. Grey remembers how Gauche saved her from her abusive mother and gave her a new life after rescuing her from a group of robbers.
Grey unlocks her hidden potential and starts sealing the deep wound on Gauche’s chest. But by the time she seals the wound, Dante beats down Asta into a pulp.
Just when we thought that there was no hope left for Black Bull’s survival, Captain Yami Sukehiro appears to save his squad members and forms a wall of black flames before him.If you ask me, this is surely among the top 10 entrances I have ever seen in an anime.
Dante tries to pin him down with his Gravity Magic, but it was of no use. By combing Mana Zone and Black Hole, Yami unleashes a new technique called Black Moon, and forms a barrier around him that nullifies Dante’s Gravity Magic.
Dante then throws a massive rock at Yami, which he instantly cuts into two pieces with his Dimension Slash. The Spade Kingdom ruler was impressed to meet a mage who could cut through dimensions.
He then compresses a huge rock into a sword and thus begins an intense sword fight among the two master swordsmen. He reveals that Yami is the key that connects them with the underworld, but neither Yami nor us know what exactly he meant by that.
Meanwhile, far away in the Heart Kingdom, Loropechika is having a rough time dealing with Vanica’s invasion with her Dark Disciples. Even the skilled Spirit Guardians weren’t much of a threat to them.
Luck jumps into the battlefield and faces a Dark Disciple whose skin can sense and cancel any form of mana that hits him. Despite Luck’s incredible speed, he was having a hard time fighting him.
But he kept pushing his limits and evolves to a level that can be considered on par with that of any arcane stage mage. He turns himself into a lightning spear and cuts through him.
