Black Clover Episode 130 – Release Date, Where to Watch, Updates, Spoilers & Speculation

Due to the ill-pacing of the anime, it had come too close to the latest chapter of the manga. Hence we saw a month’s worth of filler episodes.

However, it looks like the anime is ready to step into the next arc. Both episodes 126 and 127 dealt with the information about devils & their curses. And it looks like our magic knights have finally entered the kingdom of nature and mana — Heart Kingdom!

Black Clover, page(episode) 1309, will be titled “The New Magic Knights Squad Captains’ Meeting” and will be releasing on Tuesday, April 14th, 2020. Next chapter will probably be a filler episode before the six-month time-skip.

The next episode will most likely be a filler. In the manga, a lot of things were left unanswered, and the story directly moved to the time-skip.

However, that has never been the case for the anime, so it looks like we will get to see a lot more of captains than we expected, at least for the next episode.

5. Episode 129, “The Devil Megicula.” Plot

The episode started with the introduction of all-knowing Queen of the Heart Kingdom — Princess Lolopechika, who has a clumsy side when she is not being awesome with her magic.

She explained Asta and the group about the 10 mage stages and the Arcane Stage, also about the Spade Kingdom and its Devil Megicula.

After a long-distance call between Julius and Lolopechika, it is decided that some of the Magic Knights will train in the Heart Kingdom, and both the kingdoms have six months to prepare before they wage war on the Spades.

We also see Luck, Vanessa, and Magna scouting the Diamond border, which looks pretty ugly. Hundreds of diamond soldiers, including two of the Shining Generals, have been single-handedly defeated by one Spade Kingdom mage. The guy is so strong that he even instilled fear into Luck Voltia (NOW THAT IS A GREATEST FEAT EVER!)

The other group returns to the Clover Kingdom. They report everything to which Yami permits his squad to go on their own routes and get stronger, or you could say, “Surpass your limits!”

Black Clover is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yūki Tabata. It has been serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine since February 16th, 2015, and has been collected into 22 tankōbon volumes.

The story centers around Asta, a young boy seemingly born without any magic power, something that is unknown in the world he lives in. With his fellow mages from the Black Bulls, Asta plans to become the next Wizard King.
