Things are stirring up in the Black Clover manga. Yami has been captured, and Asta and his friends have realized that a battle against the dark forces is imminent.
Now the Dark Triad has both Yami and William and will be using them to open a gateway to the demon world.
In chapter 263, Nacht unceremoniously intrudes into the Captains’ meetings and looks at them almost as if they are low-lives in front of him. He then explains the concept of the Tree of Qliphoth.
The Tree of Qliphoth will be opened in the Spade kingdom. For this purpose, Yami and William will have to be sacrificed. Seven days will be needed for seven doors to open, each on a different level.
Ten devils will be guarding the Qliphoth. The deeper the floor, the stronger the devil gets. Even the weakest devil is on par with the Dark Triad. Yami and William will be alive only until the last devil, Lucifero, comes out.
The War Begins!
Asta and the others have seven days to rescue Yami and William. Asta has the Anti-Magic power; it is this unique ability that boosts his status as a magic knight.
He can nullify the magic around him. This power can be used in the clash against the Dark Triad and their army. If used and manifested correctly, this power can give the magic knights a considerable boost.
The gate of the Underworld will open in three days from the current chapter’s events. Nacht plans to make an elite team with Asta as its core member and then strike the Spade Kingdom.
Asta realizes how powerless he is, especially in his current condition. Help comes out of the most unexpected place, as Nacht, the vice-captain of the Black Bulls, promises to help Asta get stronger.
Nacht is the host of the devil, Gimodelo. He uses shadow power and is several times stronger than Asta. He can use his knowledge and experience to train Asta for the future clash against demons.
Asta has previously taught himself to fly. Thus, with an instructor this time, the heights he can reach is immeasurable. Even though time is short, Asta might be able to achieve the Stage Zero of Mages.
Expected Battle Plan
The Magic knights will most probably form an infiltration group and a group to bear the brunt of head-on attacks.
The ones who will most likely infiltrate the Dark Triad’s treading place are Asta, Yuno Nacht, Noelle and Mimosa. Nacht has already been a spy in the Spade kingdom and thus he knows his way around.
If they want to attempt a stealth attack, a small yet powerful group is the best.
Asta’s Anti-Magic power is, of course, a strongpoint. Yuno with his wind, spirit and creation magic will be an obvious addition to the team.
Noelle might temporarily inherit Undine. All the captains, vice-captains, members of the Black Bulls, Mereleona and the Crimson Lion squad are all possible allies in this situation. The allies will be in the attack or defense group.
Boss Battle
The expected matchups in the final battle is likely to be:
Noelle and Lolopechka against Vanica. We all know about the grudge that Noelle holds against Vanica. Lolopechka may get rescued and they both might team up again to fight her.
Yami, Asta and Nacht against Lucifero. Dante has already been defeated and he holds little power without Lucifero now. Thus the main powerful villain is now Lucifero.
Yuno and William against Zenon. Yuno and William have been previously defeated by Zenon. It is thus clear that this matchup is inevitable.
How will Asta become the strongest in just three days? Who will be the members of the elite team? Can Asta save Yami and William in time? We hope Tabata sensei offers the right answers to our hungry minds.
