Black Clover Anime Finally Introduces the Devil of Kotodama Magic

Black Clover has been teasing the Devil way before Episode 115. They recently announced that Showtaro Morikubo (Shikamaru from Naruto, Boruto: Naruto Next Generations) would be the voice behind the Devil. (https://www.epicdope.com/devil-of-kotodama-magic-will-soon-debut-in-the-black-clover-anime/)

Episode 115 of the anime finally introduced the main villain of the Reincarnation arc. He also happens to be the oldest villain in the Clover Kingdom – Devil of Kotodama Magic. 

The episode shows that Devil was playing Ronne in disguise and attacks Raia out of nowhere. At first, it seemed that Patry and the party might be able to defeat the Devil.

However, the Devil completely overwhelms them with its deadly attacks whose powers are off the charts. Devil surprised everyone by announcing that he was the one that set the entire Reincarnation plan in motion in the first place. It seems this new demon is also an enemy of the elves.

Asta and Yuno come to rescue the party, but the Devil out powers them both too and bids farewell after turning Patolli into a dark elf! This new dark elf form is extremely powerful and Patolli is all out of his senses and is filled with just hate. Will Yuno and Asta be able to make it out alive?
