This week’s episode of Better Call Saul takes us back to the events of Breaking Bad as Saul is kidnapped by Walter and Jesse. Back in Gene’s timeline, he contacts his old secretary Francesca who only delivers him more bad news.
The only silver lining is that Kim had asked about him. He tries to get back in touch with her but to no avail. Eager to get back to his old ways, Gene comes up with a new lucrative criminal scheme.

Gene’s new scheme was running successfully until one of the targets they come across is terminally ill. Buddy doesn’t feel comfortable stealing from a sick man but Gene doesn’t want to let go of the opportunity.
We are left at a cliffhanger in which Gene throws caution to the wind and breaks into the man’s home. Will he get caught and compromise the operation?

Better Call Saul Season 6 Episode 11 Recap
The episode starts with an extended version of Saul’s kidnapping scene from Breaking Bad. We then shift back to Gene’s timeline, where he secretly contacts Francesca, his former secretary. In exchange for money, she agrees to give him an update on what’s going on and reveals that she’s still under heavy surveillance from the Feds.
To make matters worse, the Feds found all of Saul’s hidden money in Shell corporations. She also reveals that Kim reached out to her after everything that went down and inquired if Saul was still alive. This prompts Gene to reach out to his ex-wife but it becomes evident she still doesn’t want to get back in contact with him.
Gene reaches out to Jeff to recruit him into a new criminal scheme. Their targets this time are wealthy men that work in finance. Gene would get the men blackout drunk at the bar and escort them to Jeff’s taxi for a ride home.
Jeff would then duct tape their doors to keep them from locking and his friend Buddy would steal their banking and credit card information.
