2. Berserk Chapter 379 Recap
Chapter 379 of Berserk started with Isidro running away from the masses, getting frustrated due to the formation of a stampede. As Isidro and Puck escaped down the alley, they encountered many trolls who instantly started chasing them, and they found themselves fleeing again, only to be rescued by Azan. However, the two refused to leave the scene.
Meanwhile, we got to see a lot of humans in the vicinity getting crushed by elephants. Rakshas asked Silat what his next move would be, but he was temporarily in a bind, not knowing what to do as Daiba said their magical beasts would soon rampage. On seeing the panic around them, Silat steeled his resolve and ordered Daiba to convey his thoughts to everyone in the castle. With Daiba’s help, he used his charisma to remotivate all the Kushans in the place to stand up against the attack of The Falcon of Light.
As everyone’s spirits were being raised, Farnese cast a grand spell, which incinerated a lot of the trolls thanks to Farnese’s magic that can exorcise demons. With this, Farnese and Serpico joined the fray and helped everyone with their battle against the trolls. Silat, in particular, was actively partaking in the battle and wiped out several of their enemies. While this was happening, Rakshas sneakily tried to slip out of the place, and Silat couldn’t stop him as he had his hands tied at the moment.
The final part of the chapter featured Rakshas slowly moving toward Guts’ cell. He wiped out all the guards that surrounded his cellar in the process. We also got to see Guts’ curse mark, which didn’t seem to be under much control despite the spell that Farnese cast on it. The unconscious Guts finally seemed to stir up, and it seemed as if he almost predicted Rakshas’ arrival.
3. What To Expect In Chapter 380 of Berserk
The latest chapter ends with Rakshas approaching Guts’ cellar, which makes it evident that Guts is potentially in grave danger. Considering how Guts still seemed to be calm about the situation, we can assume that he might have already had a plan to save himself in the situation, as he may not have been chained securely from the beginning. This, however, is a rather unlikely situation.
We can also expect Farnese or Serpico to come to Guts’ aid, as it could only be them or Silat who could know that Guts is in danger. However, we can’t expect Silat to follow Rakshas despite knowing his motive, as he is still engaged in his own battle. Some fans are also of the opinion that Rakshas could ask for Guts’ help to help overthrow Griffith, which is quite probable, and it would also be convenient given the current situation in the story.
