In the latest chapter of Beastars, we learn that Melon ends up injuring himself in the gun fiasco from the previous chapter. Louis tries to call for an ambulance but there is no signal in the black market so Yahya carries Melon on his back to take him to the hospital.
During this chapter, Yahya’s character sees some growth from his initial arrogant self as he becomes more concerned about the well-being of those around him. As Melon is carried on Yahya’s shoulders, he begins to contemplate his life and past which makes readers want to empathize with his character.

3. Chapter 193 Raw Scans, Leaks
Chapter 193’s raw scans have been leaked! It has been revealed that the upcoming chapter’s title is “Part Of Your World”. The new chapter will continue with a time skip of two months from the current chapter and reveals that Yahya and Melon are alive!
The upcoming chapter also shows the possibility of a romance between Louis and Juno. We are also left eagerly waiting for an important announcement that will be made in the next issue!

I. Yahya’s Piggy-back Ride
After Melon shoots himself, Louis attempts to call an ambulance but there is no signal in the black market. To save Melon’s life, Yahya carries him on his back and heads towards the hospital.
Yahya’s actions in the current chapter show significant character growth as he sets his self-righteous behavior aside and is concerned about the well-being of others. During this piggy-back ride, Melon becomes introspective and begins talking about his life and family. This scene makes readers want to empathize with Melon despite his distressing activities earlier.
II. Gosha and The Dokagumi
Another interesting scene we witness in the latest chapter of Beastars is Gosha’s interaction with the criminal organization, Dokagumi. We see him give a hand sign to the Dokagumi group who appears surprised as they return the same gesture to Gosha.
This could very well mean that Gosha may have been a part of or had something to do with the Dokagumi in the past.
III. Evil to the Very End
Yahya is still carrying Melon to the hospital when Melon appears to have lost consciousness. As Yahya tries to figure out Melon’s condition, Melon suddenly attacks Yahya by biting his shoulder.
As Yahya loses blood from this abrupt attack, he says that Melon is “evil to the very end”. Melon remarks that he felt that his transformation would finally allow him to be able to taste meat but unfortunately, he is still unable to do so.
Chapter 192, titled “The Way Of The Evil Beasts” leaves us wondering if Yahya survives Melon’s attack and if Melon himself makes it out alive due to his injuries.
