Beasters manga follows the story of Legos a timid gray wolf at the Cherryton Academy, the murder of a fellow student set off a wave of unease and distrust between the herbivores and carnivores.
Currently Beastars is in the “Revenge of the Love Failure” arc. After discovering the existence of the hybrid crime lord Melon, Yahya and Legos join forces to catch him.
But there are rising tensions between the herbivores and carnivores which threaten the peace of the city!
1. Recap of Previous Chapter
I. The Riot from Hell
Chapter 183 named “Our own Planetarium” shows the beginning of the standoff between herbivores and carnivores which to lead to a full blown riot!
Gosha is worried if Yahya can suppress it, but Yahya is well aware it’s going to be difficult as he puts it in his words that “It’s a trial of strength from hell… between anger and hunger towards each other.”
But to reach Legos they have to go through this hell. Out of no where Gosha gets attacked by a rhino in its fit of range, so Yahya pulls him off, punches him and makes him leave.
He soon orders Gosha to act like they are fighting as he thinks up a solution for this riot.
II. The mighty Black Devil Yahya
Yahya looks at his surroundings and feels a pang of heart break as he thinks all that he did for the city has been in vain, for it to come to a point like this where the city is falling apart.
But suddenly Gosha announces that he still loves the city even after everything and praises Yahya on how far he has come to protect it.
He reminds Yahya how until now he has worked hard on resolving the conflicts between the races and that slowly made it a better place.
He shows him that even though everyone is angry at each other no one dares to bare their fangs, how carnivores are holding back from it.
Gosha firmly tells him what he has done till now hasn’t been in vain rather the heart of the city still lives on.
In midst of this positive outlook a sudden power outage due to the thunderstorm hits the city and everyone falls silent.
No one dares to move because they are aware of the fact that while carnivores can clearly see in the dark, herbivores are completely blind.
Yahya sensing everyone’s tension decides to bet on Gosha’s hope in the city.
He walks in front of everyone present on the scene and announces that the carnivores who can see properly are only allowed to move if they have the guts to eat the black devil Yahya!
2. Beastars Chapter 184 Release Date & Delay
Chapter 184 of the Beastars manga will be released on Monday, July 13, 9:30 am PDT. The title for chapter 184 has not been revealed yet.
In the next chapter, Yahya who has put his complete trust in the city will face the rioters. We will be getting a colour page for the cover of chapter 184 with Legos on it. We will begin to enter the climax of the current arc!

Beastars manga is published under Shonen Champion magazine, which is a weekly magazine that comes out every Monday.
Chapter 184 of the Beastars manga is not on a break this week. It will continue in the next issue of the Weekly Shonen Champion on Monday, July 13, 9:30 am PDT.
3. Chapter 184 Discussions and Predictions
Chapter 184 will be the beginning of the climax of the current Beastars arc! There have been discussions of getting a colour page for the cover of this chapter, details of it come out as Legos looks like he is getting ready for the battle and finally Louis and Legos will get a cover together!
Online communities have called the cover “Classy” and “Fire” to describe their anticipation for the upcoming chapter. The situation at the riot is being discussed whether Yahya will be able to dissuade the herbivores and the carnivores?
