Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear is an upcoming TV anime based on Japanese light novel of the same name.
It is about a girl who finds herself transported into the world of the game, facing monsters and magic for real and a bear suit is the closest thing to a weapon she possesses.
Muse Asia announced on its Facebook page that they would be streaming the first episode of Bear Bear Bear Kuma – the spinoff miniseries of Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear on their YouTube channel.
Muse Asia will be streaming the anime in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines. However, it will not be available in Nepal.
This 34-second visual, that was released during the announcement, features Yuna in her bear costume along with her bears snoozing under the shade of a tree. Un“bear”ably cute, aren’t they?
Many animation studios have started streaming their content on Youtube to showcase their creations to the masses.
At the moment, the studios are only targeting a localised audience, but it is understood that there are plans for English subtitles to be added in the future.
But with immense growth and success comes the dangers of piracy and illegal downloads, and it’s claimed by industry insiders that by banding together studios are on a much more secure footing.
Recap of the First Episode
Kai, the young village escapee, makes his way to the Adventurer’s Guild and begs for help. To his dismay, all of the high-ranking adventurers aren’t available.
Enter Yuna, clad in a bear costume who takes up the quest to go to Kai’s village and see what the situation is.
Yuna and Kai set off on the backs of her Summon Beasts Kumakyu and Kumayuru – two bears that Yuna wears as hand puppet gloves.
Upon reaching the village, she sets out to find the Black Viper and encounters the Black Viper face to face, ultimately defeating it.
