Banished from the Hero’s Party Season 2 Ep 3: Release date, Speculation

In episode 2 of “Banished from the Hero’s Party”, before reaching the gem giant’s place, Yarandrala offered Red to move to her hometown, Kiramin, with Rit and Ruti. She got a bit upset when Red refused, but leaving those feelings behind, they moved forward. Once they reached their destination, they were in for a surprise.

They saw the giants were on death’s door from malnutrition. They told Red that a gem beast had been living nearby, turning all the minerals into lead. Red and the others challenged the beast, defeated him, and headed back to Zoltan once peace was restored.

2. Episode 3 Speculation

After defeating the ferocious gem beast, Red, and Rit head back to Zoltan to their normal peaceful life, Yarandrala will live with them, too, so the household will be very cheerful, or should have been. The peace won’t last very long, though.

Near the end of the episode, we see a conversation between Van and Ljubo where he tells Van about the sighting of the former demon king’s airship. The airship seemed to be heading towards Zoltan. What kind of trouble they are in for is still unknown, but things never go well with a demon king’s interference, right?

3. Recap of Episode 2

On their way to the gem giant’s dwelling, Yarandrala asked Red whether he’d like to move to Kiramin along with Ruti and Rit. Even though it was a nice proposal, Red declined and said that he was living a perfectly happy life in Zoltan. His refusal made Yarandrala a bit upset, but Red told her that they had made new friends there.

As the sun set, they decided to set up camp for the night, but Tisse proposed that they should check out a place before that. She took everyone to a nearby hot spring, where they all enjoyed a warm bath in the chilling weather. Tisee talked with Ruti after Yarandrala jumped down to where Red was bathing, and Rit followed her. She asked Ruti if she was okay with Red marrying Rit, to which Ruti said yes.

Once they reach the gem giant’s tribe, they are surprised to see the starved giants. They met the chief of the tribe and told him about the trade for gems. Upon hearing about their crisis revolving around the disastrous gem beast, Red decided to give away the Zoltinian glass they brought. After gathering more info about the beast, they head out to fight it.

The chief told them it was residing in the southern mine, but after reaching there, they first saw nothing out of the ordinary. Soon, the monster revealed itself to the heroes. Ruti and the others charged at the monster, but before long, they realized how terrifying it actually was.

The beast was using multiple blessings to protect itself from magical and physical attacks and was even able to replicate its opponent’s magic. Red told the others that the only way to stop it was to weaken the blessings it possessed. With the team’s joint efforts, they managed to throw the weakening potion into the monster’s mouth.

This stripped the beast of its power, and Ruti quickly finished off. After this battle, the gems that were contaminated by the beast turned back to normal, and Red, Rit, and everyone else headed back to Zoltan. Even though Red didn’t get the gem he wanted, Mogrim got the Earth crystal from the beast’s dead body. Once they reached the outskirts of the city, Yarandrala declared that she will be living with them for some time.
