Episode 12 ended with Ao High barely managing to qualify for the Inter-High Championship. The nearest contender from Iwate Prefecture was just 0.1 point away from them; thus, they stayed at the second position, with Shiro High topping the list.

Bakuten Season 1 has come to an end with its 12th episode, and it will be followed by a theatrical film which is expect to release in or around Winter 2022.

2. Episode 13 Speculation
In the upcoming movie, Ao High boys will be continuing with their practice sessions for the Inter-High Champion. They have decided not to settle for Rank 2 anymore and beat their archrival Shiro High in the upcoming tournament.
However, it’s easier said than done. Mashiro and others won’t give up on their throne that easily. And the fact that Futaba is benched for one month is surely a huge problem, and I am looking forward to seeing how Ao High overcomes it.
Coach Shida will be coming up with newly choreographed moves for the Inter-High, where Futaba won’t be relying much on his wrist. He knows that winning the championship shouldn’t come at the cost of Futaba’s career.
3.Episode 12 Recap
In Episode 12, Ao High boys pull off a graceful performance despite Futaba being suffering from a wrist injury. You can guess how epic the performance was from the fact that tears roll down Mashiro’s cheeks after watching it.
However, it still falls behind Shir High’s performance by 0.2 points. Yes, life can be cruel sometimes, but they don’t even have the time to complain since Futaba needs to be taken to the hospital immediately.
The doctor warns him from over-exerting his wrist and advises him to rest for about a month. However, he is still worried about the tournament and gets even more anxious when Misato keeps quiet about the result.
It turns out to be a small prank to surprise Futaba with the news that Ao High is going to the Inter-High Championship. Futaba immediately breaks down in tears of happiness, and he feels relieved that his injury didn’t cost everyone’s dream.
Despite all the joyful consequences, Shida decides not to allow such recklessness ever again. He benches Futaba for a month so that he can recover well before the championship begins.
He explains to his students that living the present shouldn’t come at the cost of risking the future, and he will be there to guide them to the right path till the very end.
The team realizes that Ao High hasn’t reached its 100% accuracy yet, and there’s still a lot of scopes to grow. They decide to work harder so that they can soar together.

Bakuten!! is a rhythmic gymnastics anime telling the story of a high school gymnastic team in Miyagi prefecture.
Directed by Toshimasa Kuroyanagi with ZEXCS studios this anime premiered in April of 2021 by Fuji TV under the notaminA block.
