Yukito grows a friendship with Yako and Chataro in episode 4 of Ayaka, titled “You Can Do It.”
Yukito and Jingi visited the Third Island and met Kurama and his disciples there. The episode didn’t have anything special to offer. It mostly felt like a daily sitcom.
We got to see how much potential Yukito has. It is given with him being the protagonist and also the son of everyone’s master. There was nothing new about it.

1. Episode 5 Speculations
Yukito will learn more about Ley Energy in episode 5 of Ayaka, titled “Then Give Me Drinking Money.”
The title of the episode doesn’t help much with predicting what will happen in the next episode. They feel random, just like the episode. We might meet some new characters, as we have obviously not met many characters whom we have seen in the opening and ending songs.
There is more mystery to Yukito than what meets the eye, and that looks like it will be the only saving grace for the anime. I hope they explore better themes and expand the world more in the upcoming episodes.

3. Episode 4 Recap
Yukito and Jingi reach the Third Island. There they meet Yako and Chataro. Together, they reach the Kasen Shrine. The shrine was built to pacify the fire and water dragons.
Kurama meets them later on. Jingi, Yako, and Chataro take a bath in the hot spring because they fell in the mud, thanks to Jingi. Yukito goes to the archive with Kurama.
He tells Kurama that he met Ibuki Aka the other day and was quite troubled by how Aka destroyed Ara-Mitama. Kurama expands the definition of Ley Energy and tells him more detail about the same.
He tells Yukito that Aka has done something that no Ley Master should ever do. Yukito leaves. Kurama asks Jingi how Aka is doing. Jingi tells him that eating an Ara-Mitama has started showing its negative effects.
Yako and Chataro take Yukito to their training ground. They tell him that they want to know more about him and become friends. Yukito starts resisting because of his fears.
They go on to talk about how he should train under Kurama, as Jingi is no good. They wanted to test him, so they brought him to the training ground. They show him their power by growing a plant from a seed.
They end up arguing with each other about whose spell is better. Yukito asks them about the spell. He tries it, and the seed immediately turns into a giant tree. However, he is unable to control it.
Jingi shows up to help him learn and control the power. Yukito decides he wants to continue training under Jingi for some time.

Ayaka is an original television anime by GoRA and Kind Records which is directed by Nobuyoshi Nagayama at Studio Blanc.
The plot follows an orphan named Yukito Yanagi, who meets a disciple of his father. The man takes him to his birthplace on Ayakajima, made up of seven islands where mysterious beings called “Mitama” and dragons are rumored to reside.
The story follows the orphan as he embarks on a journey to protect his mystical birthplace.
