We all have dreamed about having authentic ramen ever since we were introduced to the world of anime and manga. Attack on Titan is one such series that brought together our love for manga and ramen as one single product.
Shingeki no Kyojin has a dark theme and story, but to think that their way of celebrating its end would be introducing a cup of ramen seems ironic yet fun.
Attack on Titan and Myojo Foods collaborated to introduce a cup Charumera ramen variety featuring the manga characters along with a campaign that will run from May 17 to July 16.
We would like to take this opportunity to report that we have succeeded in the long-cherished wish of humankind, “Captain & Mikasa x Cat Ears”.

The soy sauce cup noodle will only be available for a limited time along with the duration of the campaign.
The production committee and staff of the AoT anime created a new key visual for the ramen and the campaign.
The visual consisted of the main characters in the company’s logo and uniform. The poster shows Eren Yeager, Armin Arlert, Mikasa Ackerman, and Captain Levi holding ramen packets, chopsticks, and spoons in place of their ODM gear.
We also see the Colossal Titan with a bowl of ramen in his hand with a survey corps emblem on it. Apparently, the product is supposed to be so delicious that it has even converted man-eating titans into ramen lovers!
The website announced that various gifts and rewards would be given to 1,000 out of all the people who purchase the product within the campaign’s duration.
The ramen will have a soy sauce base with a mix of potatoes and minced meat, as shown in the artwork on the package.
The packaging will have the main character and the Charumera ramen characters known as the uncle and the black cat. All of them will be recreating the famous wall scene on the packet.
As an avid Attack on Titan fan and a ramen enthusiast, I can’t wait for the product to be released!
