Attack on Titan is back at it again, and the final season of the franchise, too, does not shy away from portraying the gruesome deaths by the hands of Titans. The first episode of the fourth season introduced us to the set of circumstances for Eldians living outside Paradis Island. As Marley is engaged in a war against the Middle East Allies, they use Eldians as the military dummies and Titan shifters to their advantage.
This war, however, pressed Marley to obtain the Founding Titan as quickly as possible, and Zeke Jaeger advises his military superiors about a plan. As fans speculate about the plan that Zeke has to offer, we bring the updates on the next episode of Attack on Titan.
1. Episode 2 Preview and Speculations
The war spanning four years has ended in a Marleyan victory. However, the world has learnt that the era of Titan domination is coming to an end, and the war showed Marley this painful reality.
As this victory provided the Eldians a brief joy, the warriors celebrate it as they return to their hometown, Liberio, over a midnight train.
The news of army taking down Fort Slava makes it in the headlines of Marleyan newspaper, and as people rejoice to the military’s brave feat, a guy is shown with a rather peculiar reaction after reading the news.
The way it was hinted, fans speculate that he might be an Eldian or even a guy from Paradis Island. He could also be a new character who is going to play an important role in bringing down the reign of Marley over Eldians.
In order to make up for the fact that other countries are developing anti-titan weapons, Zeke Jaeger advises his military superiors about a plan.

4. Episode 1 Highlights
The first episode was filled with jaw dropping moments and although a lot of fans were disappointed by the completely CGI titan fights, the amazing animation by MAPPA kept the hype going.
Gabi’s reckless plan to destroy the armoured train by deceiving enemy troops and risking her own life turned out to be a turning point in the battle as not created an opening for Reiner and Zeke, but also saved 800 Eldians.
The most epic strategy, however, remains Zeke showering Titans on the Fort, and his and Reiner’s entry to frontline. But one thing that Zeke didn’t expect was the enemy fleet to fireback. Reiner had to step in and save Zeke for the plan to succeed, ravaging him and knocking him down.
