When the entire world seems to be plotting against you, you always have the back of your family members, supporting you continuously throughout and is willing to accept the way you are.
But what if your own family is ashamed of you and doesn’t want you, that’s when a sword yielding handsome hero steps in and makes you realize your worth.
Assassin’s Pride starts on a very interesting note and manages to entangle its viewers into a myriad of themes that revolves around self-acceptance and individuality.

4. Theory Section
What makes Assassin’s Pride different from its counterparts is the self-contained morality tales.
The despair of being not able to manifest mana even when you are born as an aristocrat, the feeling of self-worth being depleted by other people, and losing your individuality in the process.
The show embodies several realistic problems and confusion elegantly. It doesn’t shelve it off for comedy like other series do but focuses on it and uses it for character development, unlike other fantasy anime.
I. Financial Standings
There is no official record for the total revenue made by the anime or the light novel from which it was adapted, although it would be doing reasonably decent in the market.
II. The Animation
EMT Squared was the animation studio behind Assassin’s Pride. The art and animation in the anime series seemed dull and poorly executed several times.
Whether the studio was being lazy or they really wanted to make it like that, no one knows for sure. The action sequences were also average.
III. About Kei Amagi
Kei Amagi is the writer of the light novel series of Assassin’s Pride and has done a commendable job in the storytelling department. He has been releasing nee chapters constantly so we can infer that he is in good health.
Currently, Amagi with the help of Nino Ninomoto, is curating the 13th volume. Apart from this, we don’t know much about the writer as he doesn’t like to interact much. He last tweeted on 26th December 2019.
